ปรมาตมัน

(สันสกฤต) อาตมันสูงสุดหรือวิญญาณสากล ในปรัชญาเวทานตะ หมายถึงสภาวะสัมบูรณ์ (พรหมัน) ในฐานะที่เป็นอาตมันภายในของสรรพสิ่งทั้งปวง ซึ่งแตกต่างจากชีวาตมัน (Jivatman) ซึ่งเป็นอาตมันของปัจเจกบุคคล

English Definition

(Sanskrit) The Supreme Soul or the Universal Spirit. In Vedanta philosophy, it refers to the Absolute (Brahman) as the inner self of all beings, distinguishing it from the individual soul (Jivatman).
